Apocalypto Tequila Blanco

We consider our Blanco to be a testament to our dedication to produce the world's finest ultra premium spirit. Hand crafted and bottled shortly after distillation leaves no chance to mask any imperfections.

Aroma : Fruit (oranges & ripe pear), agave and abundance of floral nuance that range from fresh blossoms to dried flowers, delicate spice and hints of minerality. Fairly simple, but inviting.

Taste : Clean agave character moves the aromas into flavors with an emphasis on fruit blossoms and supple, dried fruit.

Body : Light to medium mouth-feel that builds under the flavors and resolves cleanly into the finish implying citrus with a light vanilla tinge.

Finish: Lingering with clean agave, desert flowers, light spice and orange blossoms in a mild, cleansing evanescence the finish is lovely.

Apocalypto Tequila Reposado

Allowing this artisan tequila to rest for six months in American oak barrels, results in the aromatic transformation of the finest Reposado.

Aroma : A big agave aroma with sweetness, witch hazel and buttered popcorn plus herbaceous, floral and fruity.

Taste : The flavors are rounded with spice, cinnamon, cardamom, green apple candy, caramel and ripe plum. Lots of sweetness (sugar and fluffy).

Body : A nice big, oily, viscous mouth-feel.

Finish : Herbal notes and toasted agave are clean.

The extended resting time gives way to beautiful oaky characteristics paired with delicious flavorful hints of Sweetspice, vanilla, honey maple, and caramel. Aroma : Agave, oak, grass, honey, stewed yam, flowers, vanilla, bran, and caramel.

Taste : Nice citrus entry with agave, rich oak, vanilla and very ripe fruit.

Body : A big mouth-feel that still come of dry and oak focused with a touch hint of tea and cocoa.

Finish : Structured and articulate, moving from rounds rich flavors of caramel, spice and oak to light fruity and fresh flavors with a lovely aftertaste.
